Although it might feel like you are doing things correctly, it is always a great idea to have a professional examine your form. When our patients come in for treatment following a lifting injury, of the first things we do in the rehab phase is to have them perform the exercise that is bothering them. Sometimes all it takes is a minor tweak in the form and you are back to hitting your favorite lifts!
